Employer Discount Programs

Create an affordable discount package that can help make your employees and members healthier, happier, and more productive. Our packages aim to be accessible for both you and your employees and members. If employee/member should leave their employer, the discount program is portable if paid by the employer.

There are two approaches for providing discount programs to your employees and members.

Employer/Association/Union Sponsored Voluntary NDNI Discount Programs

  • Employees and members will be directed to the NDNI enrollment portal where they will make their benefit selection and payment. (Paper applications are available if the employee/member prefers.)
  • Employees and members will be directed to pay for their selection through a major credit or debit card.
  • Employees and members will receive a fulfillment package explaining the benefit with instructions on how to achieve the value of each benefit.

Employer/Association/Union Paid NDNI Discount Programs

  • Employer/Association/Union select the discount programs they want to provide to their employees/members.
  • Employer/Association/Union submit an initial census file (sample excel spreadsheet available with required fields); updates are provided to NDNI for the time frame selected (i.e. monthly, quarterly, etc.).
  • Employer/Association/Union will receive a monthly premium invoice.
  • Fulfillment packages will be mailed to each employee/member, explaining the savings with instructions on how to achieve the value of each discount program, including access to the mobile app.
