Joanne brings extensive experience in sales, marketing, and management, having worked with large insurance companies, third-party administrators, and as an independent business owner. Since joining NBBI in January 2014, she has leveraged her expertise to collaborate across departments and companies and uphold NBBI’s position as a leader in the Discount Benefit Marketplace.

As the head of Sales, Service, and Design teams, Joanne has driven the growth of NBBI’s product offerings by creating opportunities through brokers, employers, and industry partners. Under her leadership, the team has introduced innovative products and programs, including MedAfford Global Inc., an international brand-name prescription mail-order service, which has expanded NBBI’s market presence and revenue.

Joanne is dedicated to maintaining and expanding NDNI’s product portfolio. She has revitalized the company’s Social Media and Design Departments, overseeing the creation of newsletters, websites, advertising campaigns, and the launch of the updated “NDN Savings” mobile app.
