Joanne’s career includes extensive experience in sales, marketing, and management, having worked with large insurance companies, third-party administrators, and as an independent business owner. Since joining NDNI in January 2014, she has leveraged her expertise to collaborate across departments and companies and uphold NDNI’s position as a leader in the Discount Benefit Marketplace.

As the head of Sales, Service, and Design teams, Joanne has driven the growth of NDNI’s product offerings by creating opportunities through brokers, employers, and industry partners. Under her leadership, the team has introduced innovative products and programs, including MedAfford Global Inc., an international brand-name prescription mail-order service, which has expanded NDNI’s market presence and revenue.

Joanne is also the President of Security Life and Health Agency Inc.

Joanne is dedicated to maintaining and expanding NDNI’s and Security Life and Health’s product portfolio. She has revitalized the company’s social media and design departments, overseeing the creation of newsletters, websites, advertising “NDN Savings” mobile app and AI integration.
